Born Ahuachapán, El Salvador, 1971. Admitted to Bar 1997. Legal Education: University Dr. José Matías Delgado (Licenciate in Juridical Sciences-J.D. equivalent). Extra Curriculum Activities: Professor of Commercial Law, University Dr. José Matías Delgado since 2000, Member of the Center of Legal Studies (a lawyers association) since 1998. Arbitrator of the Center of Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration of the Salvadoran Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2003, being this the only institutional arbitration center, to this date, legally established and recognized as such in the Republic of El Salvador.

Languages: Spanish. Practice Areas: Law in general with emphasis on Civil Law, Commercial Law, Banking Law, Administrative law, Labor Law, and Inmigration, Foreign Investment Law and Litigation.
